Standard Delivery: N1,500
Delivered within 1-2 working days from Monday - Saturday (excluding public holidays)

Outside Lagos
Standard Delivery: N2,500
Delivered within 3-5 working days from Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays)

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days from payment confirmation. Adverse weather or other events may cause delays however we will do our best to process orders immediately following such delays. Standard deliveries are made using trusted delivery partners.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping notification via e-mail with your tracking number – you should be able to track your order within 24 hours of receiving your tracking number.

International

UK / US / Canada / Europe / Rest of the World – N16,000

All International orders are sent via DHL. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping notification via e-mail with your tracking number; you should be able to track your order within 24 hours of receiving your tracking number.

Orders are dispatched from our Store in Lagos, Nigeria within 2 working days unless it is a custom order. Delivery typically takes 5 - 7 working days; however, this may take longer depending on your location. If you have not received your order within 14 days, please contact us immediately by sending an email to info@loistaahair.com

A signature will be required upon receipt so please ensure that there is someone there to accept it. If you are not around to accept delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left for you to arrange a redelivery or collection.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for goods sold. All sales are final. We work hard at ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Please kindly check that style, length, size and colour are in line with what you want before placing your order.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, if you received the wrong item or your package is lost in transit, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
